2. Every site checked every fifteen minutes — uptime, SSL, response time, security headers.

   We run our own monitoring. Every site we look after is checked every fifteen minutes: whether it is up, whether its certificate is healthy, how fast it answers, and whether its security headers are still right.

3. Core, plugin and theme updates, and a monthly health check.

   Updates to the core, the plugins and the theme, and a health check once a month that somebody actually reads.

4. A local point of contact, not a ticket queue.

   And you get a person in Covington rather than a ticket number.
