Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any products or services provided by Wizard of Covington LLC ("WOC," "we," "our"), including but not limited to software plugins, web applications, and hosted services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase of a WOC plugin, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your plan tier. Individual licenses cover one WordPress installation. Organization licenses cover up to five installations. Moving a license to a different site requires a site-change request through your WOC dashboard.
3. Free Trial
Free trials are available for select products. Trial access is limited to 14 days from signup. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, the plugin will cease to function until a paid subscription is activated.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to affected account holders.
5. Cancellation Policy
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. No refund is issued for the current month.
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. A prorated refund is issued for unused full months, less a $15 early termination fee. Access continues through the end of the annual billing period.
All production data is preserved after cancellation and is accessible in read-only mode. Wizard of Covington LLC reserves the right to modify pricing and cancellation terms with thirty (30) days written notice to active subscribers.
6. Limitation of Liability
WOC provides software on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our products. In no event shall WOC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Newton County, Georgia.
