A local technology studio that builds serious software and gravitating toward hardware.

Founded by Corey A. Burkes in Covington, Georgia, Wizard of Covington is an independent technology studio combining full-stack web development, custom application engineering, AI integration, and in-house FDM 3D print fabrication under one roof. WOC ships production websites, WordPress plugins, private tools, and physical prototypes to clients across the Atlanta metro and nationally, with ongoing Care Plan maintenance keeping each project alive after launch.

Every project we take on should prove we can handle the next one. Our first major project — a sophisticated missing persons AI-Assisting website, has successfully proven capable and continuing to go through testing. Which led to a free volunteer time tracking WordPress plugin — live in production, managing real volunteers at real sites. That project eventually led to the DesktopEpics Streaming platform and became the foundation for everything else: the infrastructure, the deployment pipeline, the patterns and practices that make every subsequent build faster and more reliable.

We work primarily with small businesses and nonprofits in the Covington, Georgia and Greater Atlanta area, but our work is not limited by geography. If you have a problem that software can solve, we can probably help.

How We Work

We don't do proposals that take longer to write than the actual project. We start with a conversation about what you need, build a plan, and execute. You see working prototypes fast — working code deployed to real infrastructure.

Our stack is modern, cost-effective and American.
